Power'd Up Power Yoga heals, detoxifies and exhilarates the body and mind with focus on movement, balance, and intention. Flow through asanas, fuel your muscles & fire up your core - all the while, being mindful of your breath. In this class we'll build on our foundation of Sun Salutations, adding in hip openers, back bends and even some arm balances. All levels are welcomed and encouraged. Leave the comparisons at home, let's play!
