In this workshop, Neil will guide you through a series of breathing techniques to discover the oxygen advantage, release tensions of mind, body and spirit, and unveil the energetic channels that are resting dormant. He will introduce you to a variety of mantras and mudras that, when coupled with breath, ignite a limitless potential. Some of his biggest inspirations for his practice are the Wim Hof Method, the Oxygen Advantage by Patrick McKeown, and Kundalini yoga.
