During the workshop, you will be guided to flow, connecting your movement to your breath to deepen your practice of back bends and heart openers. We will approach them in a playful, but yet challenging way, to inspire you to trust yourself and the guidance of your breath. For a portion of class we will work in small groups to have a safer and more complete experience of different asana, helping each other to get into more challenging poses and transitions.
