This group class works the whole body within an hour, with emphasis on strengthening the abs and legs. Raise your body and breath awareness, your movement ability and strength. You will find yourself in a new body after a few weeks. The flow of the breath leads the body into the poses as the rhythm into music. Strength, stretch and sweat are always part of the game. A sense of uplifting and deep relaxation will be your sensation after the class. All levels are welcome, as variations are always available during the class.
